On February 13, 2019, the Municipal Environmental Supervision Office and the Zhouzhi County Environmental Protection Bureau inspected the Zhouzhi County Sewage Treatment Management Center. The first-phase project of the sewage plant was formally operated in June 2010, and was upgraded in November 2012. The process uses an anaerobic tank + contact oxidation tank + artificial wetland, with a daily processing capacity of 11,000 tons. The plant expansion and expansion project started trial operation in June 2018. The process adopts the "AAO + fiber rotary disc filter" process, and the treated water quality reaches the Grade A standard of "Emission Standards for Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002).
During the on-site inspection, the sewage treatment facilities and online monitoring system of Zhouzhi County Wastewater Treatment Management Center were operating normally, and the effluent water quality was up to standard discharge. The sludge disposal facilities were operating normally, the sludge was produced daily and there was no accumulation in the site; the sludge transfer account was complete, The sludge was transported to the sanitary landfill of Zhouzhi County Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Center. In 2018, 1990 tons of sludge were transferred; the water outlets in the plant were inspected, and the water quality was visually inspected; and the online historical data of the water was retrieved. Since January 2019, The effluent is discharged in a stable manner.
Zhouzhi County Environmental Protection Bureau strictly implemented the supervision standards of key enterprises for the sewage treatment plant, and conducted on-site inspections no less than twice a month to ensure that the effluent quality was up to standard discharge.
