Note: When measuring water, turn the large plastic bag in the packing box to the outside and measure it according to the marked line. It is forbidden to spray water on the cement glue within 24 hours after the waterproof membrane is pasted.

② Preparation method of cement with milk white rubber When the weight ratio of milk white rubber to cement is 17%, the water per kg of cement is controlled between 0.38kg and 0.48kg, and when the weight ratio of milk white rubber and cement is 7%, the water per kg of cement is controlled at 0.45kg ~ 0.55kg. When preparing, first put the milky white glue in the plastic container, add water while stirring, add water and stir until the milky white glue is completely dissolved, and then add the cement while stirring. After adding the cement, stir until it is uniform, no precipitate, no foam. be usable.

(IV) Construction of composite coils Construction of composite coils must be carried out after the leveling layer has passed the acceptance. In principle, the bonding of composite coils has no special requirements for the moisture content of the base layer, and construction can be performed as long as there is no clear water. At the same time, the cement glue was excessively diluted, causing the bonding layer to appear too thin, uneven, and leaky. After the coil was pasted, the moisture content below the waterproof layer was too high, which affected the bonding strength and construction quality of the coil. However, the moisture content of the base layer should not be too low. When it is too low, it will cause severe dehydration and pulverization of the cement glue, making the cement unable to perform normal hydration reactions and unable to set and harden. It has been proved through practice that when the moisture content of the base layer is 30% to 50%, the construction effect of the composite coil is good.

1. Treatment of complex parts before construction of the waterproof layer, according to the requirements of the drawing, the additional layers of the complex parts (yin corners, positive corners, through-wall pipes, etc. of the underground waterproofing) should be made first, and the composite layers and cement glue should be used for the additional layers of the complex parts. Or polyurethane adhesive treatment bonding.

2. Laminating of composite coils

① The direction of the underground waterproofing project can be determined according to the actual situation. When laying composite coils, first place the composite coils in the laying area for 3m ~ 12m (underground projects can be pre-placed for 2m ~ 3m), after correcting the direction, fix in the middle, and roll one end of the coil to the fixed place Paste, after this end is pasted, roll the other end of the pre-rolled coil back to the pasted position, and continue to lay until the whole frame is completed. Paving method: apply the cement glue to the base layer (leveling layer) and the surface of the coil with a thickness of about 1.0mm, and then stick the coil. ② The vertical surface composite coil must be pasted vertically, aligned from top to bottom, and exhausted from the bottom to the top, and compacted. The base layer and the coil should be coated at the same time with a thickness of about 1.0mm.

③ The damaged defects of composite coils should be used as additional layers. The coils of the additional layers should be 120mm wide around the defects. The underground waterproof additional layer should be fully adhered with polyurethane glue, and the roof waterproof additional layer can be fully adhered with cement glue.
